We are grateful for all donations of time and dollars to our mission and offer multiple ways for you to volunter and contribute to one or more of our three funding campaigns!
Defying all odds, we have developed and maintained Brookdale Orchard over the past seven years with minimal dollars from foundations, congregations and friends, and by God’s grace of the gift of year-round and seasonal volunteers who have lovingly labored toward the goal of the harvest!
To ensure that the vision, mission and goals for Brookdale Orchard are achieved, it is time of us to take our fundraising efforts to another level.
No matter the amount, we are grateful for your one-time, recurring or multiple tax-deductible gifts to help fund one or more of our three campaigns:
Brookdale Orchard GO! $350,000 GoalOur General Operating Fund provides for the day-to- day management, physical development, and maintenance of Brookdale Orchard: administrative staff and grounds crew, trees and plants, equipment, materials and supplies, utilities, marketing and communications.
Brookdale Orchard PRO! $175,000 GoalOur Programming Fund provides for program administrative and instructional staffing, supplies and materials for our current and planned Community Education and Enrichment Programs: Bridging Connections, Wisdom Gardens, Summer School Without Walls, Harnessing the Wind, Artists-in-Residence Program, Summer Reading Program, Summer Music & Spoken Word Lunch Series, annual festivals, and special events.

Join The Campaign For Tubman Hall! Make Your Donation or Pledge Today!
Located at the intersection of Brookdale Court and East 86th Street, the three-story building anchoring the Orchard will house a commercial teaching kitchen, classrooms for teaching agriculture and related business practices, a packaging and distribution center, offices, gathering space, and a neighborhood cafe.
We have carried this baby long enough! Our goal is to start breaking down walls in nine months to begin restoration and renovation of our future education, production and distribution center.
In addition to seeking grants through philanthropic foundations, we welcome individuals and organizations to contribute at all levels to our Campaign for Tubman Hall.
All gifts are tax deductible and donors will be recognized on our Tree of Life sculpture to be installed in the gathering lobby of Tubman Hall.
